Panninee Sagarik Library has been named after Dr. Panninee Sagarik, the dedicated Chulalongkorn University Language her untiring and devoted contributions. Her untimely death on May 6, 1981 brought profound grief to her family and colleagues. Library carries the ELT and ELT related books which include books from Dr. Sagarik’s private collection donated by the husband and children who fulfilled her wishes to establish one of the best specialised ELT libraries in Thailand.

                This section consists of dictionaries; encyclopedias, bibliographies and various guides. These books are intended for reference use in the library only and may not be removed from the library.
                Fiction is separately shelved and  classified alphabetically according to the author’s surname.

     Objectives

            To serve as a valuable source of knowledge covering  a wide range of English Language education, to enhance teaching and teaching and to promote research.
            To assist patrons in accessory and retrieving information easily, effectively and efficiently.

    Membership

           The Panninee Sagarik Library is Open to :

           1. All CULI personnel.

           2. Registered graduates of C.U.

           3. Teaching Staff and Students of other universities upon permission of CULI's Director
