มุ่งความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการโดยมีนโยบายจัดการเรียนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยและของประเทศ ทำการวิจัยที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนภาษารวมทั้งเป็นแหล่งพัฒนา และเผยแพร่ทางวิชาการด้านการเรียนการสอนและการทดสอบทางภาษาอังกฤษ”

CULI aims for academic excellence, driven by its policy to provide English language instruction in accordance with the policies of Chulalongkorn University and the Thai government. In addition, it conducts research that contributes to the development and dissemination of knowledge of English language instruction, testing and evaluation.
