    • Payment Policy

  • All fees are listed in US Dollars, and all payments must be made in US Dollars.
  • Please note that any fees associated with wire transfers are the responsibility of the attendee.

    • Payment Options

  • Payment by Wire Transfer: please contact info@iltaonline.com to process registration and arrange payment.

    • Changes and Cancellations

    Requests for changes may be emailed to info@iltaonline.com. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@iltaonline.com.


    Refunds due to cancellation will process as follows:

  • Cancellation on or before April 20, 2025 11:59 pm (EST) - Refund of 90% of registration fees.
  • Cancellation on or after May 1, 2025 11:59 pm (EST) - No refund due to cancellation.
  • Substitutions are permitted.

    • Requests for Invitations to Attend or Present

    Conference registration is required in order to process Invitations. Upon registering, an Invitation to Attend will be automatically emailed. If you require additional documentation to be included in your Invitation to Attend or you need an Invitation to Present that will include your presentation title, please click here to submit a request. Requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.

    Conference Waiver

    During online registration, you will be asked to accept the following conference waiver. If you have any questions, please email info@iltaonline.com.

    I hereby grant the International Language Testing Association, its directors, officers, agents, and designees (collectively “ILTA”) non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness in photographs, screenshots, video recordings, or any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that ILTA will own such Images and further grant the ILTA permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to ILTA business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the ILTA prior to its use. I forever release and hold the ILTA harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
