On Thursday, 14 May 2026, Chulalongkorn University Language Institute organized a talk session entitled “AI for Enhancing Operational Staff Performance”. The session, led by Associate Professor Dr. Pittipol Kanthawat for operational staff members, aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in workplace operations, including improving work efficiency, data management, communication, and other administrative tasks in response to rapid technological changes in the digital era.
The event attracted considerable interest from participants, who actively exchanged ideas and learned practical ways to integrate AI tools into their daily work. The talk also provided valuable knowledge and insights that will contribute to the future development of both personnel and organizational capabilities.
