- Less than 58 years age
- A bachelor's master's or doctoral degree in any field
- A TESOL certificate is required for applicants without a degree in Applied Linguistics, Linguistics, or English Language Teaching.
- Non-native English applicants must have the CEFR C1/C2 level (IELTS Band 8.5/TOEFL iBT 115/CU-TEP 115 or above)
- Applicants with teaching experience are preferred.
