📢 สถาบันภาษา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง การใช้แผนพัฒนาบุคลากรรายบุคคล (Individual Development Plan: IDP) เพื่อยกระดับสมรรถนะบุคลากรและขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ระหว่างวันที่ 1–2 กรกฎาคม 2569 📚✨
การอบรมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรรายบุคคล (IDP) ให้แก่บุคลากร พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร และสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลตามแนวทางการบริหารคุณภาพสู่ความเป็นเลิศ 🎯📈

📢 Chulalongkorn University Language Institute (CULI) successfully organized a two-day workshop entitled "Individual Development Plan (IDP): Enhancing Staff Competencies for Organizational Excellence" on 1–2 July 2026. 📚✨
The workshop aimed to strengthen participants' knowledge and understanding of the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process while promoting competency development aligned with the Institute's strategic goals. It also supported CULI's human resource development initiatives in accordance with organizational excellence and quality management principles. 🎯📈
The workshop was honored to welcome Dr. Aporn Poovitthayapan, Director of the Human Resource Research and Development Institute and Deputy Managing Director of Thai Skill Plus Co., Ltd., together with her team, as distinguished facilitators. 👩🏫👏 They shared valuable knowledge, practical experience, and effective development tools to help participants create meaningful IDPs and apply them to enhance their professional growth and contribute to organizational excellence. 💡🚀
