On September 10, 2026, the Chulalongkorn University Language Institute, led by Associate Professor Dr.Jirada Wudthayagorn, Director, and Assistant Professor Monthira Damrongmanee, Deputy Director for International Affairs, extended their congratulations to Dr. Carleen C. Velez on her appointment as Director of the Regional English Language Office (RELO) at Grand Sindhorn, Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel.
